I decided to purchase it on Ebay when I understood that using my [[Kenwood TS-790A|TS-790A]] as a packet radio station is like shooting birds with cannonballs. Yet, due to missing measurement equipment in combination of a lack of time, I had to state that I was not able to get it running. There are downsides of hobbys, and the lack of resources may kill one or another project from time to time. So I gave it away to some friends who micgt be more lucky to get it running. |

The T7F is one in a series of fast 70cm data transmitters which have hit the market end of the 1990s. I decided to purchase it on Ebay when I understood that using my TS-790A as a packet radio station is like shooting birds with cannonballs. Yet, due to missing measurement equipment in combination of a lack of time, I had to state that I was not able to get it running.
