  • Kenwood TS-870S
  • Microham USB Interface III
  • Raspberry Pi
  • libhamlib2 version 1.2.15.3-2+b1

This works:

rigctl -m 210 --rig-file=/dev/ttyUSB0 --ptt-file=/dev/ttyUSB0 --serial-speed=9600 --set-conf=rts_state="OFF",dtr_state="OFF"
