DREAM has some dependencies, which are unmet on Ubuntu/Debian simply because some packages don't exist or due to the fact that the packages do exist but follow a different naming convention. One issue can be resolved by a related project:

The current issue I'm working on is a naming problem concerning version 2 and 3 of the fftw library.
