MBVV-2000-VOX

From my shack to the Diamond X-6000 I have about 25 meters of H2000 cable in the ground. Which is a very good cable for SHF anyway, but excessive length is a killer for every weak signal. So i decided to pimp all the incoming signals quite a bit. By about 20 dB to be precise, which should be sufficient to hear the bugs in my mother's garden whisper... The Strese preamplifier MBVV-2000-VOX operates broad-band from 25 to 2000 MHz and thus covers all my VHF/UHF/SHF frequencies driven by my Kenwood TS-790A.

Experiences: Fantastic device. Signals that arrive through the coax at levels of S2 to S3 come in by S9+10!! Really very cool. Time to listen for satellites... :-))
