The Kenwood TR.7625 is the bigger brother of the Kenwood TR-7610. It can operate 5 or 25 watts on 144-145 MHz. Despite the fact that the device is rather old, it is a nice and very reliable rig. As usual, I bought it via Ebay and it came without a manual. That's not so grave however because the 7625 has no menus and no switches that need some further explanation. It's just a very fine and reliable stationary VHF rig.

Currently it is being used as a local telephone rig to my buddies at DB0MHB and it permanently operates on our working frequency 144.510 MHz.
