This is just a collection of links. I purchased a BeagleBoard xM because I noticed over the last severe and really cold winter that the connection between the Beagleboard and the Zippy board was unreliable. I assume it was up to expansion / contraction because of the temperature differences. The phenomenon was that I could no longer reach the device over the network, because the ethernet device is located on the Zippy expansion board and not right on the mainboard.

For this reason I decided I was going to ook for an alternative with roughly the same power consumption profile and with a single board setup only. As before, the xM board also has an s-video out cnnector which makes it fantastic for ATV use.
