The USPR-2 is a Software Defined Radio. After having seen a stunning video on Youtube where a GSM hacker has programmed a GSM base station (not built but programmed!!), I decided to get one.
We all learned hot to build HF devices, but this time is past now. From now on HF devices will be written in code. So the USPR-2 will be my first step into this exciting world.
